Hi, I'm Tim - a UX dev/designer/entreprenuer

Hi I'm a UX designer and web development freelancer living in the mountains of Colorado.
I'm working on a new business that will train and educate young people in under-developed communities around the world to become well-paid remote contributors for startups. Currently I am building big design systems for my clients.
I enjoy good discussions about technical and design things, but I need to find a place where I can grow into a entrepreneur and leader.

Welcome, Tim! I can relate to your project! I used to run a startup called Skrife that trained and connected freelance writers (mostly African) to global companies and clients. We ran into a hitch when it came to scaling because our technology was weak, and also my cofounder checked out. Haha.
Now I'm learning design, freelance writing and managing teams and communities. I'm ready to build something again but haven't settled on an idea!
I can definitely help with user research, etc for your project. I look forward to lots more conversations! Welcome @sirtimbly!

Have you already started on this, I'd be interested to see more too!

@sirtimbly so like Andela or would you hire from non-techy parts of US too? Each would be a fit for a different type of employer and a discussion I've seen NYC startups often have regarding remote hires.
