Office 365 for designers

Hello all!
Do any designers here regularly work in Microsoft Office? Can anyone recommend any good resources - video tutorials, articles, courses - for designing and building templates? I'm really stuck, so any suggestions are very welcome!

@TinaRemiz hmm I haven't really had to use this, and don't think I've come across any design resources for it. What are the templates for? These could be good for powerpoint:

Thanks @Graeme - we are building our own templates, which is the challenge. I can style presentations to make them look the way I want but am struggling to build templates that people can re-use. This is especially tricky because I test them by entering new content, but the team copies and pastes stuff from all over the place and it all falls apart. I'd really love to read about good practices for building templates to know if there are ways of fixing it.
